Celebrating 60 Years
of Partnership in Guatemala

June 12–14, 2027 | Antigua, Guatemala

The story of ALDEA has always been a shared mission.

Join us in Guatemala for A Future Shaped Together: Celebrating 60 Years of Partnership and Possibility in Guatemala as we mark ALDEA’s 60th anniversary and 20 years of partnership with Asociación BPD.

We’ll gather to reflect on decades of work alongside communities in Guatemala, honor the people and relationships that have shaped this journey, and look ahead to what’s possible for the future.

Whether you walked alongside Dr. Carroll Behrhorst in the early years or joined us more recently, your support has helped shape this story. We hope you’ll join us to celebrate this milestone and continue the path forward together.

A weekend to reconnect

Over three days you’ll have opportunities to:

  • Reconnect with old friends and make new connections.
  • Celebrate six decades of partnership and shared impact.
  • Hear stories from community leaders and longtime supporters.
  • Experience Guatemala’s culture, hospitality, and beauty.
  • Visit a partner community and see our work firsthand.
  • Help shape the next chapter of ALDEA’s story.
