Fall: U.S. Tour & Visionaries Film Release

This fall Paco Enríquez, Executive Director of our partner organization in Guatemala, ABPD, will come to the U.S. for a series of 50th anniversary events, which will include screenings of the new Visionaries Public Television Series Documentary – “ALDEA: It takes a village.”

Executive Director of ABPD, ALDEA’s sister organization implementing grassroots development programs in Guatemala

Paco Enríquez is a Spanish biologist with a Master’s degree in Environment Management. He came to Guatemala as a volunteer in 1999 and most of his professional life has been focused on sustainable development in rural areas. After working for international NGOs and UN agencies, he became the ED of ABPD in 2010, implementing strategies with his team to make empowerment of women and communities the heart of the ABPD’s intervention in the field.
